Tomba dei Giganti di Li MizzaniResearch and experimentation on magnetic energies released from underground sources (Hartmann, Curry and other Networks ). Their main application fall-outs are largely beneficial to bio-architecture. A new discipline very helpful in clearing houses and buildings from the potential harmful impact on human health. All around Europe there are today thousands of private and public housing recleaned through bioarchitecture.

Advances in understanding "VERY EARLY DIAGNOSIS" aiming to identify potential bioenergics, responsible to introduce instability or even disturbance in the normal human body biological activity. Improve understanding in the entity and frequency of the electromagnetic radiation emitted during every biological transaction of human cells activity.

Tomba Li Mizzani: Cure MagneticheVery innovative products design, testing and certification oriented to protect people and housing environment.

Introspective mind based investigations aimed to extend conventional boundaries of known energies beyond electromagnetic or nuclear spectrum.

Both class-room and on site educational courses focused on major foreign languages, Archaeology, subtle energies, bioarchitecture, astrology, etc.

Tomba dei Giganti di Li LolghiWorkshops, training programmes, etc, ranging from one day session to a full week on site courses including guided visits to sites providing natural positive energies. At the end participants ( apart from having discovered again the power of acting as a group of people) will be introduced to techniques to rebuild a full link between man and the surrounding nature. Once that link is established people are ready to fully sense and detect energies around them and therefore recover their deepest inner harmony. Detailed course or programmes schedule are available on request.

Instrumental techniques to be able to measure both naturally or artificially generated subtle energies spreading all around the environment.

The Association will soon publish a magazine devoted to present any significant achievement in its field of activity. The magazine will be available only on a subscription basis and will be free of charge for Association members. The Association is also about to soon move its internet site into a chat- forum open to those who want to share with us issues and achievements.

INVISIBLE WELLBEING

The magical energy issued by the land in the Costa Smeralda

MEDITAZIONE NELLE ROCCE.jpg (26933 byte)

Contrary to popular belief, we needn’t go as far as the Himalayas or the pyramids of Egypt to find the enchanted places that are said to regenerate the body and mind. In fact, we have such places in our very own Sardinia: facing the Archipelago of la Maddalena, which encloses a most beautiful seascape, is a stretch of the Costa Smeralda whose inland conceals some bewitching age-old secrets. In the inmost part of suggestive and archaic landscapes the beholder will meet with a mighty concentration of energy.

INTERNO CHIESA S.GIORGIO.JPG (14360 byte)

Let us therefore begin our tour in the San Giorgio area, which owes its name to a graceful country church built to honor the martyr saint. Around 1675 a group of friars or hermits rebuilt the little church on a place of cult and gave it its white, speckless Spanish style. As we make our way inside and get closer to the altar we are overtaken by a most unbelievable perception, that of our bodies being imbued with a suffused and delicate form of energy.

A few hundred meters ahead is a small vallum walking alonside which we’re led to a small wood where giant mastic trees abound: a bguiling world twines around us to make us feel as if we’re not in sardinia, a few kilometers from the coast, but somewhere inside the Bornean or the Amazon forest - the energy is indeed inbuilt. Within such lush and coilde nature the most differently shaped rocks appear and give out intense vibrations. These are the rocks that man has cut and crafted: ancient peoples native to the place are thought to have used them as sacred and therapeutic objects. Too, we have reason to believe that the Knights Templar chenced upon them in their wanderings and discovered their use anew.

Like snoopy children eager to experiment with bigger things than they are, we approach the rocks to feel their effect. The first rock bears three dents on its surface. You can sense the energy by placing one hand on a knoblike protrusion and the other in a cavity. Now be silent and heed: the effect will come to you loud and clear and will serve you in good stead, too. Indeed, from some tests we know that the first notch is useful to our bones, the second to our urinary and genital organs, and the third to our immune system.

Climbing a short distance farther we find one rock sporting three steps and next to it another rock in the unmistakable shape of a boat, which stands for journeying, for movement into a farther dimension: it is a means to the final realm which is the kingdom of the dead. Lie here and within minutes you will lapse into a contemplative state as your mind takes its ease and all tensions are alleyed. The adjacent rock with the steps was used as a waiting place in preparation for the meditative journey: by sitting down and gathering their thoughts, individuals would cleanse their inner selves.

Our unusual trip now takes us to a grotto that was lived in as early as prehistoric times. A most fascinating feature of the grotto is the beams of light that issue from your hand as you step inside. Thus the grotto of lights, as this place is called, enables you to see your so-called aura, the energy that girds your body.

But the best and most thrilling part has yet to come: before us is a mightily energetic rock that is shaped like a saddle and which must mounted, as if horse riding, for its full power to be felt. It is said that in distant times the rock was a dimensional door, one that would open the bounds of time and space. Nowadays, it seems proven that it can help our reproductive apparatus and that it yields a Viagra effect.

We’re back on the road, which turns gravelly now and takes us to mountaintops where a suggestively picture-perfect landscape opens out before our very eyes: one of few ilex groves in the Gallura region, the Bosco di la Pedra Niedda, affords so magical a fairyland sensation that we might expect elves and fairies to leap out of anyplace at anytime now.

It’s our chance to take a break, enjoy the charming wood and the cheering warmth of the sun, and taste the spring’s water: light and fresh, it makes for an instant feeling of wellness.

We resume our excursion in the afternoon and head for the prehistoric temples of La Funtana di La Idda, the "town fountain", where visitors can find the ruins of one of the biggest sanctuaries of Nuragic Sardinia (from the 12th to the 10th century BC). Several small temples make up the sanctuary, along with a fountain whose mineral waters are simply the purest. It doesn’t take much accounting to see why all the residents of area villages would gather in the site to perform sacred ceremonies, consisting of great festivities and special rites occasioned by solstices and full moons.

Our climbing proceeds farther still, and we soon discover another area of plenty granite rocks: among the latter is a particularly striking rock fashioned to take on the shape of a fully comfortable nature-nestled loveseat, which issues forth the energyof male and female side by side. The effect is cuddly warm throughout and sweetly tender too, so the place would seem ideal for couples looking to break free of modern-day frantic life patterns and undergo therapy to reestablish partner-to.partner communication and understanding. Indeed the loveseat looks so much like a cradle of intimacy and caring.

"The ancients already knew this much" says the person who is skilfully guiding us through such places lost in time. Indeed several researchers today claim that humankind used to enjoy a special bond with nature and, accordingly, perceived the latter as a being that leads a life of itis own. This is why people could engage in dialogues proper with the natural elements and find secret relationships among them: the planets were made the object of myths, the movement of animals was used to foretell the future, and the spirit of each place - what the Romans referred to as the genius loci - was given its due recognition. Thus temples and cities have been sited not at random, but in places where wholesome energy fluxes would issue from the subsoil. Of course such energy is still very much with us, so you can come and experience it for yourself in that part of Gallura which is far removed from the din and bustle of tourism and is still enveloped in a veil of mystery.

Sacred Architecture on the island of Sardinia

By Mauro Aresu e Arianna Mendo

There are places, due to their magnetism, that allow an individual to have contact with their internal soul, while granting a sense of freedom and completeness outside and within. These are places with an intensive, vibrant energy: sacred, fully serving their power, with an intensive cosmic and telluric energy. In such places, ancient people felt possessed by a spirit, the so called "genius loci".

Nowadays, it is well known the earth is a living organism, like the human body. As an analogy, one can find points of irradiation of energies more or less amplified due to a natural magnetism, to the presence of underground and mineral waters. Places with high vibrational value are where these cosmic forces are in balance. Visiting these sites allow our body to become positively recharged. In order to

be visible to the human eye, enigmatic monuments, temples or churches have been erected, accumulating that strength. Amongst the most famous are the megalithic stones  of Stonehenge, an astronomical observatory in England, Brittany, Ireland and Malta. As well as the pyramids in Egypt and Mexico. We can include in this list the gorgeous Sardinian island, an island well-known for its crystal-clear sea, but that counts as well the highest concentration of monuments in the world.

Sardinia is an Italian island placed in the western part of the Mediterrenean  sea. It  is an ancient place, one of the first emerged lands in Europe (the granites in the island date back to 300 million years ago) and many sites have an intensive vibrational energy. In these places, the so-called nuragic civilization, dating back to the second millennium B.C, built its most representative monuments: the Nuraghi (tower like buildings), the sacred wells, the giants’ graves, the circles, dolmens and menhirs.

Let’s begin this fascinating journey throughout the archaic Sardinia with the giants’ graves.

The Giants’ graves were usually close to a nuraghe or a village, and were a funerary monument devoted to the ancestors or heroes. This is why in the popular tradition they were named so. They

are masterpieces, with a central block encompassing one or two stones, around which stone seats extend in a semicircle. Behind, there is the corridor of the grave, closed, with a shape of a ship turned upside down, representing the journey towards the after-life. The outline of a Giants’ Grave looks like the head of a bull, the icon of fertility, to which the cult of the Mother-Goddess was associated.

Usually, the grave presents a sort of alignment from east to west, linked to the idea of rebirth, to the sun rising. The Giants' Graves were polyfunctional monuments, places also used for the regeneration of vital energy through the so-called incubation rites, therapeutic practices which classical authors like Aristotle or Tertulliano wrote about. In ancient times, as the chronicles report, people would go to the Giant's Graves and stayed there for five days and five nights: this time  was necessary to fall in such a

deep sleep to leave behind  any conscious awareness of time and to obtain, while dreaming, the indication for the treatment needed. We find the same kind of healing practice in Greece but much later on in the cults devoted to the god of medicine, Asclepius.

Recently, thanks to the research of our Association “Uomo Natura Energia” (Man, Nature and Energy) established in 1997, it was proved that this kind of monument works as a natural magnet. In the Giants' Graves,  more precisely around the entry of the coffin, there is, in fact,  a place generating positive energy, which is then dispersed throughout the stones disposed in a semi-circle forming

the Esedra. Not everybody was able, in those ancient times, to perceive the places where body and soul can regenerate. It was the chief of the clan (the nuragic civilisation was never a political unity even if there was a cultural unity and many different peoples lived on the island) or the spiritual guide, the priest in other words, who was  able to perceive the presence of underground water or to pick up the magnetic forces, probably by a Y stick (a dowsing rod)  in his hands. So here in Sardinia we can still find nowadays the prove of the practice of  the art of geomancy.

The grounds where the Giants’ Graves are located send out magnetic flows, while the stele works as a catalyst of cosmic energies. Sitting by a Giants' Grave, one is in perfect  balance between the Earth and the Sky: herein the waves radiate at 437 megahertz, a frequency higher than that of VHF TV signals.  And it is like this in every Giants’ Grave (nowadays there are 750 left all over the island). In order to better absorb this natural energy it's necessary to sit  by the Giants' Grave. Silently, with eyes shut, legs stretched and palms upwards, one can feel pins and needles on the extremities of the body and a deeply relaxing atmosphere. The brain rests. One’s tensions feel a relief. If one goes to the Giants' Graves for at least nine days, remaining there at least half an hour per day, one can successfully solve bone problems,  inflammation, anxiety and depression, while the body is cleared, purified.

Our ancestors saw our world as animated, fertile and vibrant and conceived our planet as a living organism with its own breath and rhythm.

The ancient architects planned their sacred buildings, therefore, according to a knowledge of the energies and knew astronomy and astrology  since their monuments followed a precise orientation connected to the rising or the setting of the sun and the moon especially at the solstices and the equinoxes or pointing towards certain stars. Everything was in harmony, interlaced and everything had a meaning. By orientating their sacred monuments to the celestial phenomena, those ancient peoples felt they could get in a deeper contact with the stars and therefore with their gods and goddesses, and the monuments reproduced as well in their shape the symbols of their religious and magical rites.

The ancient peoples looked at the sky above because in an unstable world, the sky could offer constant phenomena, reassuring phenomena as they repeated themselves. The act of building monuments went together, therefore, with the need to reproduce on the earth the archetype of the supreme harmony that can be found in the sky, a need to put order, to overcome the chaos we find on this level.

Let’s imagine, then, our nuragic architect choosing first the place where to build a sacred monument. Afterwards he would choose a centre, as a reference point for the whole construction, and then he would determine the cardinal directions and the astronomical orientations linking ideally earth and sky.

Let’s see as an example of this in the nuraghe. Inside, with its three niches, it has the shape of a womb, the womb of the Mother Earth. Inside the chambers are often on different levels and to go up and reach the open terrace, that served as an observatory of the sky, there is a stair in a spiral like shape. The spiral is an archetype and symbol of vital energy, of growth and expansion, of movement, dynamism, generating force and rinvigorating force. And if we measure the energy of the stair with the help of the discipline of radiestesy  we see that it grows as we go up. The nuraghe was a temple. It was an  initiatory temple. And a temple of the sun.  Imagine that on the island there are nowadays 8000 nuraghes (it’s a huge number!) but in those days, when the civilisation was at its highest, there were 20.000!  They built a sacred geography all over the island.

A nuraghe is usually oriented in a south, south-east direction, therefore towards light.

During the summer and winter solstice the sun reappears inside the nuraghe illuminating the main chamber. A chamber that is usually dark. The atmosphere becomes, in those special moments, almost magical, almost supernatural. And the energy becomes very very powerful.

The sacred wells (there are about 50 nowadays but there were many more ) were devoted to the cult of water and of the moon.

These are structures with the shape of a womb with a stair, this time, going down until the water is reached. Going down the stairs is like descending the underworld, is meeting our Mother who is welcoming us in her womb, it is the approach to the other dimension as the moon in ancient times was considered the border between life and after life.

The most evocative ceremony was certainly the one that occurred every 18 years and a half , following one of the moon circles, when the silver luminary reached its maximum declination at the winter solstice during  the phase of the full moon: in between midnight and one the image of the moon reflects in the waters of the well……

Overall, these sacred places, allowing us to get in touch with ourselves and with the natural forces, both of the earth and the sky, help us find a new balance internalizing universal archetypes that promote eventually  deep changes in the individual. Ancient sacred places that can help to reconnect the so often disoriented man of this new millennium.

Sacred places that you can discover here in this ancient Sardinia, still far from the busy tourism.

The Association “Uomo Natura Energia” (www.uomoterra.it ), founded by the researchers Mauro Aresu and Arianna Mendo,  has been exploring the world of subtle energies with a special interest for those sites already used in ancient times as a natural resource of wellness and healing.

TheAssociation offers special itineraries with a lot of experiential work in order to get reconnected and find a better harmony with themselves and nature.
